ADMINISTRATIVE INSTRUCTIONS FOR JOO CHIAT EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS DAY

DATE:
25th November 2005 (Saturday)

VENUE:
Lagoon View/ Laguna Park

REPORTING VENUE/TIME:
Eunos MRT/ 1415

REPORTING ATTIRE:
No. 4 Uniform- With badges

DISMISSAL TIME:
1700 at Lagoon View/Laguna Park
A shuttle service will be be provided to a convinient MRT station.

Here are some upcoming events : Perak whitewater rafting/caving adventure expedition.
Mt. Ophir climbing expedition.


Details (Perak expedition) : The trip would commence on a Monday morning, 6/11/06. Cadets taking part are supposed to book in to camp on Sunday's evening (most probably), 5/11/06. The expediton would end on the Wednesday, 8/11/06/. Further details of the various timings would be updated shortly after.

Details (Ophir expedition) : The expedition would commence on a Monday morning, 13/11/06, and would end on a Thursday, 16/11/06. Times would be confirmed soon.

25 Nov [1500-1700]-
Our school unit has been invited to sit in on a demonstration by NCC(HQ). The ceremony is pretty much like the emergency exercises that you sometimes see on the television. The basis of this exercise is to provide the residents there with the 'feel' of an emergency, thus allowing them to be prepared in case a real incident occuring. NCC(HQ) has kindly provided us with the opportunity to sit in and view this exercise as it commences. We have a 30 places and thus welcome all interested parties.

For those interested please gather the names within your part and report to your repective Staffs with the list of names ASAP.
